Today, the refugee children in our Kindergarten Readiness Program and their parents got to experience a puppet show for the first time ever! The looks on their faces were priceless and the smiles afterwards will stay on their faces forever. Thanks to the partnership with "Bringing Book to Life" through the Public Library, these families will get to experience some of the classic stories that their American neighbours grew up reading and listening to. The story for the fall semester was Hansel & Gretel. We can't wait to see what story will be coming to us in the Spring time.
